Dr. Francisco J. Marcano-Soltero
Since 2003, Dr. Marcano has given residents of Sarasota, Manatee, and surrounding areas exemplary care for outstanding smiles. He cares about your oral health and offers quality therapies to keep you smiling for years to come. Dr. Marcano believes in preventing dental problems to keep your mouth healthy and strong.
Education and Professional Affiliations
Dr. Marcano was born in Puerto Rico and obtained his DMD from the University of Puerto Rico School of Dentistry. He stays current with modern dentistry though continuing education and prides himself on delivering modern care performed with compassion and attention to detail.
Dr. Marcano is also an alumnus of the Hornbrook Group, the world’s leading organization for clinical excellence in cosmetic dentistry. He currently holds membership with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, West Coast Dental Association, Academy of GP Orthodontics, Mid-America Orthodontics Society, Light Force Orthodontics, and International Association for Orthodontics. In addition, he is working toward his accreditation with the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Family Life
Dr. Marcano and his wife, a pediatric dentist, have two sons. In his spare time, Dr. Marcano enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and soccer, reading, and cooking.
Our Staff
Linda O’Brien – Dental Assistant and Patient Coordinator
A graduate of Indiana University, Linda has been with our practice since 2004 and has almost 20 years of experience in dentistry. She loves coming to work every day and values our friendly team and fantastic patients. Linda and her husband have three children. Outside the office, Linda likes to go to the beach, participate in outdoor activities, and spend time with her friends and family.
